Cam CapturedIt Photography primarily serves families throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities, including Douglas, Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, and portions of Cobb County.

Coverage within our primary service area is included with all memorial documentation services.

Services requested outside of the primary coverage area may require an additional travel fee based on distance, travel time, parking, tolls, or overnight accommodations if necessary. Any applicable travel fees will always be discussed prior to booking confirmation.

Out-of-state services are available on a limited basis and require a custom travel quote.

Extended Georgia Travel

Services requested outside of the primary coverage area, but within the state of Georgia, are subject to the following travel accommodations:

• 35–75 miles outside primary coverage area: Starting at $75
• 76–150 miles outside primary coverage area: Starting at $150



Extended-distance locations requiring excessive travel time may require overnight accommodations at the discretion of Cam CapturedIt Photography.

If overnight accommodations are required, lodging expenses will be added to the final invoice and discussed in advance prior to booking confirmation. Hotel accommodations must be located in a safe and reputable area, within a reasonable travel distance to the memorial service location, and suitable for professional travel accommodations necessary to ensure timely arrival and coverage of services. Any required overnight stay arrangements will be determined at the discretion of Cam CapturedIt Photography based on travel distance, service timing, and location accessibility.

Out-of-State Travel

Out-of-state memorial documentation services are available for families requiring coverage beyond Georgia.

A flat $950 out-of-state coverage fee applies to all out-of-state bookings. This fee reflects the reserved travel commitment, extended preparation, and dedicated service required to provide families with the same level of service and reliability offered within our primary coverage area.

Travel-related expenses are additional and may include:

• Roundtrip airfare or mileage
• Hotel accommodations
• Rental vehicle or ground transportation
• Parking and toll expenses

All anticipated travel expenses will be discussed and approved prior to booking confirmation.

For services requiring overnight travel, a minimum of one hotel night may be required depending on location, service timing, and travel distance. Hotel accommodations must be located in a safe and reputable area, within a reasonable travel distance to the memorial service location, and suitable for professional travel accommodations necessary to ensure timely arrival and coverage of services.
